Important: The Help Desk can only provide support for Partners build devices running Internet Explorer. This is the only browser that has been certified and comes standard with the Partners build.
Internet Explorer - Windows
- Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options
- Then click the General Tab
- Click the Delete button under Browsing history
- Now place a checkmark on all the options except "Preserve Favorites website data”. This option should be unchecked
- Then click Delete
- Quit Internet Explorer and reopen for changes to take effect.
Mozilla Firefox - Windows
- Select Open Menu and click History
- Select Clear Recent History...
- Check Cache and all other options you want to clear
- Select Clear Now
- Quit Firefox and reopen for the changes to take effect.
Mozilla Firefox - Mac
- Select Edit
- Select Preferences
- Select Advanced
- Select Cache
- Then on the right-side of the Preferences window, click on the Clear Cache button.
- Quit Firefox and reopen for changes to take effect.
Safari - Mac
- Click on Safari
- Select Preferences
- Under the Advanced tab, check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar
- Select the Develop bar from the top
- Click Empty Caches
- Quit Safari and reopen for changes to take effect.
