You have chosen not to trust "USERTrust RSA Certification Authority" error

If a user on a  mac trying to access epic receives the following  "You have chosen not to trust USERTrust RSA Certification Authority, the issuer of the server's security certificate. Contact your helpdesk for assistance." message.  This error  is caused by the the version of the mac operating system they are running. citrix/epic require   Mac OS 10.15 or higher

to check which version the user us running have them go to the apple menu in the the upper left hand corner of the screen  then click "about this mac"

It will bring up the system profiler, which will tell you the version of the OS as well as what type of machine you have

Citrix now requires 10.15 or higher OS. in order to upgrade your OS  the machine has to be from 2013 or  newer any machine before 2013 can not be upgraded therefore can no longer be used

instructions  for upgraded a compatible mac can be found here

Once the upgrade is completed you will need the newest version of citrix workspace

If upgrading to 10.15 you will need this version of citrix

If running 10.15 or higher
