How to check which version of the Mac OS you are running

Note: Apple supports the current version of MacOS and the past two versions. The current supported OSes are macOS 12 or above.

 

  1. Click on the Apple icon on the top left menu bar and select About this Mac
  2. Your OS Version will be listed in addition to your platform type (PowerPC or Intel)
