ERIS Service Level Agreement (SLA)

To ensure premium supportability, security and performance, ERIS strives to keep all systems up to their most current and/or stable revisions. To minimize disruption, ERIS will complete all non-critical changes such as patching, firmware updates, etc. on the last Saturday of every month from 7AM to 7PM. 

Please consult the table below for service-specific maintenance plans and to receive notices regarding any services that you use.  

Please review the 2020 ERIS System Maintenance Schedule. There have been a few adjustments for holidays and to avoid conflict with the Monthly Information Systems Maintenance (ISM) window.

Monthly Information Systems Maintenance (ISM) is scheduled separately from ERIS System Maintenance and is performed by the IS Operations teams. This routine maintenance reduces the risk of unscheduled outages on our computer network and to the Internet. The ISM window is typically scheduled for the early hours of the third Monday of each month. See the 2020 Information Systems Maintenance (ISM) Schedule.
