  • Greater visibility; Service Alerts, Announcements
  • Careers
  • Presentations
    • Research Technical Lunch presentations from April 30, 2015 were recently added. Check out Citrix as a Service presented by Shawn Martineau, and Policy Architected Datacenter presented by our partners at CISCO and EMC.
    • We post and archive the presentation material whenever possible. Find the most recent presentations at top and select a title to access additional details as well as the presentation file. Partners username and password are required to view the presentation content.
  • Service Alerts
    • This area of the website increases transparency to the research community regarding the availability of the services and systems we manage. To ensure premium supportability, security and performance, ERIS strives to keep all systems up to their most current and/or stable revisions through scheduled maintenance work. Check the recent status alerts section on the homepage and be the first to know when scheduled or unanticipated downtime occurs for the services you rely on.
    • Additionally, Service Alerts notifications are sent through email lists. Visit the ERIS Service Level Agreement page to manage your subscriptions to stay informed.
