- Mass General Brigham system strategy and the current process underway for implementation planning presented by Jeff Weiss, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Partners HealthCare. Questions, and, time permitting, some input from the group into the implementation planning process will be welcome.
- The Human Research Protection Program (HRPP): Leaning Forward presented by Martha F. Jones, Vice President, Human Research Affairs (HRA). HRA is undertaking a process improvement project focused on the Institutional Review Boards (IRB), IRB operations, and ancillary review processes. Ms. Jones will discuss how application of Lean methods are being used to streamline the research review and approval processes and improve support for the research community. Significant changes to the Insight IRB module will be discussed and how these are creating an infrastructure to support an efficient and effective research oversight system.
You will not need to check into the security desk; proceed to Assembly Room B on the 1st Floor of the West Lobby.
