To ensure premium supportability, security and performance, ERIS strives to keep all systems up to their most current and/or stable revisions. To minimize disruption, ERIS will complete all non-critical changes such as patching, firmware updates, etc. on the last Sunday of every month from 8AM to 8PM.
The exact schedule is outlined in KB0034064. There have been a few adjustments for holidays and to avoid conflict with the Monthly Information Systems Maintenance (ISM) window.
Each purchaser/End User may install one copy of the Software on up to three computers for End User's personal use.
FAQ: Can I purchase an upgrade from X7? Upgrades are not sold through the Core at this time. Purchasing a new X8 License through the Research Computing Core will be cheaper than buying an upgrade through the EndNote.
