UPDATE 02/23/2022:
Testing in production is complete and has succeeded. Freezerworks 2018 is now available for use in its normal location on https://workspace.partners.org/Citrix/UniversalWeb/
UPDATE 02/22/2022:
The Citrix login for Freezerworks 2018 will be restored to its original location overnight tonight (2/22/22 - 2/23/22).
After the update, we ask that users please refrain from using the server until we complete testing.
Testing should be done by 11 AM tomorrow. If testing succeeds, we will update this notice to indicate the "green" services online status. If testing does not succeed, then we will update this notice to indicate the "red" services offline status. In the latter case, Citrix login will be returned to the temporary location, below, then when it's ready for use, this notice will be updated to the "Yellow" alert status.
The Citrix login for Freezerworks 2018 is temporarily restored in a new location. Restoring the old location is still in progress.
For the time being, users can access Freezerworks from:
https://stage-workspace.partners.org/Citrix/UniversalWeb/
Look for Freezerworks 2018 in the Apps tab.
You may also see a Freezerworks Enterprise option - that’s a different server, and not the one you want.
