Introduction
We’ve improved reporting so users can review and maintain their hierarchy security more accurately. The reports will be run out of Strategy so please keep in mind that like any other reporting data, information in Strategy if updated on a nightly basis.
Reporting
Three reports have been built to assist you with reviewing department security:
1. Agreement/Grant Level Access: look up record/grant and see who has direct security assigned
2. Profile Level Access Review: look up person and see who has security to their profile
3. Organization Security: Look up organization and see who has direct security to the org
All reports include the Insight modules and specific attributes.
To access these reports in Strategy, click Share Reports > Department > Manage Profiles & Security.
