Apply for an account on the SciC Linux Clusters (including ERIS2-NUCLEUS, positwb.mgb.org and ERISXdl, but where additionally for ERISXdl membership of a suitable PAS group is also required as created by your PI ) by completing the form below. A Mass General Brigham user ID and password is required to login to this page and access the form. Currently, if you are a returning user then please submit a ticket to @email.
Note: cluster accounts are processed Mon-Fri 01:00hrs, if you fail to receive a welcome email within 48hrs of submission then please update the associated Service Now ticket to that effect.
If you would like access to the Windows Analytical environment please fill out the Windows Analysis Server Account request.
Please observe the minimum three critical 'behaviors' once you are granted an account. Adhering to these basic principles will help ensure optimum cluster performance for ALL users. They are:
- Run your jobs through the job scheduler (SLURM) and reserve the appropriate resources ( primarily memory ) via submission parameters.
- Do NOT run computational jobs on the login nodes.
- Ensure your data is backed up.
