RPDR office hours offered at MGH on the last Monday of each month between the hours of 10:30a.m. and 2:00p.m.
Do you need help using the Research Patient Database Registry (RPDR) for your research study or understanding the data it has to offer? The Clinical Research Program is offering monthly office hours with an RPDR expert in order to answer any questions you may have regarding the tool and experience a one-on-one tutorial. New users of the tool can learn a general overview of how the tool works while research staff can discuss the best way to create a query and gather information for their study.
This session can also be used to answer any questions you may have regarding the Partners Biobank Portal tool as well. The Biobank Portal is a web-based tool that researchers can use to query data about consented Partners Biobank subjects and to make sample requests for plasma, serum and DNA. Data in the Biobank Portal includes electronic medical record data, patient health surveys, statistically-validated disease definitions and a utility for selecting healthy controls. Researchers wishing to use the new Biobank Portal can register at http://biobankportal.partners.org (Partners internal link).
