This month, stop by to learn about the Research Patient Data Registry (RPDR) and the Biobank Portal. The RPDR is a centralized clinical data registry, or data warehouse that gathers clinical information from various Partners hospital systems. The Biobank Portal is a tool that links consented subjects from the Partners Biobank with their health care data from the electronic medical record (EMR).
The Research Computing Core team will also be available to help users on finding efficient solutions using technology for the unique needs of research environments. The Core provides consulting and technology services to researchers and their project teams at competitive hourly rates.
Our Scientific Computing Team will be on hand to answer questions about the ERISOne Linux Cluster and the suite of computational resources available to you. ERISOne is a computing cluster with a job scheduling system for batch jobs and remote desktops for graphical applications, running on a Linux OS. Whether currently using these services or looking to start, come on by for in-person consultation and support.
