About REDCap Courses
Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a free, web-based software application for electronic collection and management of research and clinical study data through. Sessions are held to help REDCap users design databases and surveys. Learn about study start-up, project life cycles, data management, and how to program data fields and branching logic. The REDCap eConsent project is a template that can be used by those who have approval from the IRB to collect the consent document requiring handwritten signatures for their study electronically.

About Linux/ERISOne Courses
These courses familiarize researchers with both the Linux OS and how to incorporate this knowledge to utilize the ERISOne Linux Cluster. ERISOne is a computing cluster used for data processing and analysis available as a shared resource to all researchers at no cost. This includes basic storage quota, shared computational resources and assistance from the ERIS support teams. Each hands-on course has limited space, and registration is required.

About R Intro Training
This training course targets research scientists who have no or little knowledge of R (if you have used R before, please do not sign up for this session). R has been really popular in recent years - as a matter of fact, the fastest-growing language - not only because of its statistical capability, but also because of its powerful ability to manipulate data in a relatively easy and fast manner. In addition, it can produce publication-ready plots with just a few lines of code. Learn more about using R at Partners.

About Office Hours
Whether currently using these services or looking to start, come on by for in-person consultation and support. Our teams travel to both the BWH & MGH campus on a monthly basis to consult with you on workflows, job scheduling, storage, and general troubleshooting regarding the resources available to you. Subject matter experts will be on site and happy to help you navigate the ERIS tools and services available to help your research and innovation, discuss problems and answer your questions. No appointment necessary. We hope to see you then!
