The Partners Biobank provides banked samples (plasma, serum, DNA, and buffy coats) collected from patients who consented to broad-based research. These samples are linked to clinical data from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and survey data on lifestyle, environment, and family history, To date, more than 100,000 patients have provided consent to join the Partners Biobank with over 30,000 genotyped samples available. This is an amazing milestone!!!!
