Applies To: All Users

Partners is pleased to offer Dropbox Business as an approved storage and collaboration solution for business purposes. Your institution has agreed to pay through direct allocation based on usage. This Dropbox version provides unlimited storage, fully encrypted data and is compliant with Partners’ policies and procedures.

If you have a Dropbox account linked to an institutional email address and it contains business information, you must prepare to convert it to Dropbox Business at Partners HealthCare by doing the following:

Before requesting an account with Dropbox Business, verify that your Dropbox account uses your primary institutional email address.

  1. Look up your primary email address:
    • Go to https://myprofile.partners.org
    • Click Login, and enter your Partners User Name and Password
    • Your primary email address is displayed on the right side of the page
  2. If your Dropbox account uses a different email address, change it to your primary email address:
    • Go to https://www.dropbox.com and sign in
    • Click on your name in the top right to open your account menu
    • Click Settings
    • On the Profile tab, click Change email, enter your primary institutional email address and click Update email

Dropbox Pro Users: In order for Dropbox to process a refund for time remaining on an active subscription, follow the steps above to verify that your Dropbox account uses your primary institutional email address.
