Note
The prerequisite for adding paging is that the user must already have:
- Ivanti Go
- Imprivata Cortext (Install from Partners App Catalog)
Resolution
Users who meet the prerequisites above, and would like to request Imprivata Cortext paging should contact the IS Service Desk to have a ticket escalated to either telecom - mgh , telecom - bwh or IS Service Desk – WDH
● MGH, MCL, CDH, SLM, PHC, PUC, and SRH should be placed in the telecom - mgh assignment group.
● BWH, BWFH, NWH, and PCPO should be placed in the telecom - bwh assignment group.
- WDH should be placed in the IS Service Desk – WDH assignment group
