How to manage your email mailbox using Microsoft Entourage 2008

If your email inbox on the server becomes full or low on space you can move email messages off the server to your local machine.  Below are instructions for Microsoft Entourage 2008

1. First create a new Folder File --> New --> and select Folder

1. Then a window will open, type the name folder you want to create and select a location "On My Computer".  When finish click the Ok button.

1. Then go to your email Inbox on the server account and select which emails you want to move locally

 

2. Then go to the Message menu --> Move To --> Choose  folder
