All Other Users:
All Intrado (formerly West Communications) Webex and Intercall audio services have been terminated as of February 18th, 2021.
In August 2020, IS Leadership made a decision to leverage Microsoft Teams for all virtual meetings. Mass General Brigham Telecommunications sent out several notifications between October 20 - January 21 to Webex and Intercall Audio users and asked them to move all their virtual meetings to Microsoft Teams as Intrado services will terminate on February 18th, 2021.
There are 2 alternatives available: Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Access to Webex Calling app:
Follow the steps listed in Cisco Jabber — Request Access & Learn More About Jabber and the telecom team will review the request and determine if you need Jabber or Webex access.
