Best Practices for Setting up Syncplicity for Sharing Folders with Collaborators
One of the main features of Syncplicity is the ability to easily share folders with your collaborators. However, the current version of Syncplicity does not allow you to share folders contained within shared folders. Because of this, here is what is considered to be the best practices when setting up your sync folders.
- Create a folder in your Documents folder or on your Desktop
- Label this folder “Syncplicity” to make it easier to identify later
- Create or move folders into the Syncplicity folder as needed
- You can then easily share each of the folders contained within the Syncplicity folder with your collaborators
