Introduction
The IBC requires a review of laboratory biosafety registrations every five years to determine whether there are any significant changes to the approved biological research. Before the project end date, create and submit a five-year resubmission if you want to continue your research.
Tip: Review all registration forms, attachments, and related records before submitting your five-year resubmission. The submission should include all your research updates.
STEPS

From the Biosafety module, click on an active registration

From the Actions menu in the left panel, select ‘Create Five Year Resubmission '.

At this stage, you can make any changes to the forms, attachments, or related records (3a). On the resubmission form, answer the questions according to the submission checklist (3b), then click Save in the bottom right (3c)

The staff page is locked for this transaction. Any staff updates should be submitted via Amendment

After completing your registration updates, click Submit
