INTRODUCTION

Overview meeting on March 4, 2026 introduced the FreezerPro sample management system and marked the start of FreezerPro adoption at Mass General Brigham (MGB). The Digital Research Applications Team manages the process and supports faculty and research staff with application selection, onboarding, and long‑term sustainability. The team coordinates licensing, vendor engagement, and provides user support.
