Unable to connect to PHSWIFI3 on iOS after Email Domain Change

Platform: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch
OS Version: iOS 11-16


Symptom: Unable to connect to PHSWIFI3 after your email address has changed


  1. Forget the PHSWIFI3 Network:
    • Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap on the "i" next to phswifi3 > Forget Network

  2. Re-connect to PHSWIFI3 using your Network ID
    • Settings > Wi-Fi > phswifi3
    • Enter your MGB UserID (e.g. jha12) and MGB Password
