If you plan to host online meetings using Teams and you'd like participants to be able to dial into your meetings by phone, you will need to request a Microsoft Audio Conferencing license.
⚠ You need an audio conferencing license only if you plan to host dial-in meetings; meeting participants don't need their own audio conferencing licenses.
To request a license:
- Fill out this form* to request a Microsoft Dial-in Conferencing line.
- When the form is complete, click on the Order Now button in the upper right corner.
⚠ If you are requesting audio conferencing accounts for more than one person, please upload a spreadsheet with your request using the attachment button (the paperclip icon at the top of the form). The spreadsheet should have columns for name, userID, email, manager name, site, department, and audio conferencing service (Microsoft Dial-in Conferencing) for each person needing an account.

- Go to the IS Service Hub.
- Click Make a Request.
- Under Collaboration and Productivity, select Microsoft Office/Office 365 Requests and fill out the form to request a Microsoft Dial-in Conferencing software license.
