INFO: Jabber Installation and Setup


Jabber Voice (Jabber) is a soft-phone client that allows you to make calls via your computer on your Partners phone line. It is meant for mobile users so they can work connected when a Partners physical phone is not present. It uses your existing office phone number.

Partners PC

Jabber is installed by launching from the Partners Applications menu on Partners build computers.

Non-Partners PC

To install Jabber on a non-Partners Windows computer, please contact the Service Desk to escalate a ticket to telecom for installation information.


Jabber is installed through the PEAS Self Service application on Mac computers.
