Overview
Zoom is a cloud-based platform for video conferencing, mobile collaboration, and online meetings.
Zoom’s web-based conferencing uses video and audio and allows collaboration between MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android mobile devices. Additionally, Zoom can be used with conventional phone lines to join meetings.
Preferred use of Zoom is for clinical purposes. It's encouraged to use Microsoft Teams for non-clinical meetings.

To obtain a Basic/Free accounts:
Submit a ticket on the Digital Support Portal for the Telehealth team to approve the creation of the account. These accounts do not consume a paid-license and limit video calls to 40 minutes or less.
To obtain a Enterprise/paid Zoom account, please submit a Zoom Requests request.The form is available on the Digital Support Portal under the tiles:
