Purpose:
- Instructions on how to download and install FileMaker Pro 20 client software from the Mass General Brigham computer network.
- Windows and Mac versions are available
- Software is provided free if used with ERIS Hosted FileMaker Servers.
Requirements:
- You must be connected to the Mass General Brigham computer network.
- Host Compatibility: FileMaker Pro 20 can only connect to FileMaker Server 20

*Version stated is the minimum requirement. FileMaker Pro may also work with later operating systems certified by FileMaker, Inc. Operating systems not listed in the table above have not been tested and are not supported.
Mac Installation Instructions:
- Mount the volume containing the installation files at \\rfawin.partners.org\FileMaker\Filemaker-client-20\Mac
- Log in with your Mass General Brigham username and password
- Double-click the disk image FileMaker Pro ARD.pkg on the networked volume.
Windows Installation Instructions:
- Mount the network drive containing the installation files at \\rfawin.partners.org\FileMaker\Filemaker-client-20\Win using the File Explorer
- Log in with your Mass General Brigham username and password. Example: partners\abc0
- Double-click FileMaker Pro 20.msi executable
