FAQ
How do I know if my server is managed or non managed?
A Mass General Brigham-managed server is a server that has gone through the standard Provisioning call and was built with the latest AV and patched regularly by the Digitial server teams. Most servers that reside in our data centers are managed.
If you have any questions, please submit them to the Digital Service Desk and ask for the "engineering security - phs" assignment queue.
