On the command line take a look to :
$ ls /PHShome/YOUR_USER/.gvfs/
if you see it there you can move in with
$ cd "/PHShome/YOUR_USER/.gvfs/NAME OF YOUR FILESHARE"
use the quotes around the full name they often include different characters that make the name different.
