Mass General Brigham supports the following mobile OS versions:
- Samsung S-series and Google Pixels are strongly preferred as these have caused fewer issues than other brands/models
- Android 11 or above
- iOS 15 or above
Please updated your mobile device to the latest OS supported by your manufacturer. If your phone is unable to run an OS version listed above, we strongly recommend that you replace it with a newer device.
