How to Access & Use Workspace

Purpose

This article provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and using the Workspace portal at Mass General Brigham.

It includes guidance on launching applications, managing favorites, and troubleshooting access issues.

Applications include Epic Hyperspace, Workday, Outlook email, Phone & Paging Directory, SharePoint Sites, and more. View Complete List

Accessing Workspace

1. Open a Supported Browser
   • Use Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Safari.
2. Navigate to the Workspace Portal
   • Go to https://workspace.partners.org 
3. Log In
   • Enter your MGB credentials when prompted.

Using Applications in Workspace

1. Locate the ‘Apps’ Section
   • Once logged in, scroll to the Apps section.
2. Launch an Application
   • Click on the desired application to open it.
3. CBT Courses, Clinical References, Policies and Procedures, and Utilities can be found by selecting Categories.

Managing Favorites

Workspace favorites may be reset periodically. To reconfigure:

1. Mark an App as a Favorite
   • Click the Star icon next to the app name.
2. Access Favorites
   • Your favorites are listed in the Favorites section.
