Perpetual Licenses:

  1. Locate your serial number
  2. Install the software online
    1. You will receive an email From: Adobe Buying Programs  Subject: Welcome to the Adobe Licensing Web Site (LWS) with instructions to download your license.
    2. View Adobe Volume Licensing LWS Online Help for assistance.
    3. Adobe support is available via:

  3. Install the software with media
    • If your order includes media, you will be notified by Adobe that your order has been placed. You can follow the instructions included with your disk.

Subscription Licenses

If you ordered your license through Insight, Partners software vendor, you will receive an email with the license certificate, serial number and instructions to install. If you do not receive this email, please contact Insight at Partners@Insight.com or 888-213-8430

Miscellaneous Information

  1. Do not share your serial number. Adobe will track and bill for installations.
  2. Each license can be installed on two computers for each adobe user ID, but the software can not be run simultaneously. See the Adobe website for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/end-user-license-agreements-faq.html.
  3. You have a 30 day grace period from the time that your license expires.
