The ERISOne Linux Cluster includes an Adopt-a-Shelf storage option for groups that have high amounts of storage and can dedicate resources to purchase and entire Briefcase shelf. The shelf is then added to the pool and the group has warrantied the amount of resources purchased for 4.5 months. Vendor support is 5y but we need to accommodate setup and decommission time.

1) Fill out this form as an initial request for a quote.
2) ERIS Scientific Computing will obtain a quote, attach the quote to the form submission and you will be notified to review the quote BY ACCESSING YOUR SUBMISSION OF THE INITIAL REQUEST. You can access submissions by selecting this form from the form library. The next page will display all submissions by your account. If the quote is acceptable then you must tick the "Place a final order" box on the submission, save the change and then click on the "resend emails" at the top of the submission page.
3) You may place a final order directly by selecting the "Place a final order" tick box. Scientific Computing personnel will attach the order information to the request submission and notify you that the order will be placed.
