Data Conversion Software for MGH Center for Systems Biology

Created custom software and a VM compute environment to convert 3 million files to the open FCS standard to allow for data analysis.

In collaboration with John Higgins, MD, Principal Investigator with the MGH Center for Systems Biology, the Research Computing Core wrote software and created a VM compute environment to convert 3 million files from a proprietary file format to the open FCS standard. With data converted to the FCS standard, Dr. Higgins and his team are now able to complete analysis of the data.
