How can I request a custom icon?
Users can request a custom icon by pressing the "help > request a custom icon" button at the top of the dashboard while in their canvas view. Users are able to request up to 3 custom icons per year, and as long as they are within the categories outlined on the request page. You will receive your custom icon within 6-10 business days.
If I cancel my license and then order again, will I lose my icons?
When a user downgrades from a paid license to a free plan, all the stored data remains in the account, but it's not accessible (visible, but locked). The user is able to restore all the previous data by upgrading to Premium again. There is no limit to the amount of time they can remain unsubscribed. What if I previously had a license using my gmail account? Will I be able to access them when using my Mass General Brigham account?
The simplest way for users to transfer their data from one account to another (ie a gmail account to their Mass General Brigham account) is by sharing images and icons they've created in their gmail to their partners account using the instructions as outlined above in "How can I share my images with my team".
