Access to resources on the Partners Network is available from home or while traveling via:

• VPN (Virtual Private Network)
• SSH (Secure Shell).
• GoToMyPC
• VPN and SSH are available for the Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems

With VPN you can:

• access email,
• Partners, MGH, and BWH intranet sites,
• many Partners clinical applications,
• and data you have stored on the Partners Network.

With SSH you can:

• access our High Performance Computing Cluster and
• other resources/servers hosted by us or yourself.

With GoToMyPC you can access your desktop computer at work from any Web browser in real time without VPN.

Accessing Applications explains how you can access selected Partners applications from Macs and non-Partners build PC's.

Access to Partners Phone Directory (PPD) without VPN

• Access to the PPD is available over the Internet; this includes mobile deviuces. 
• Internet access is all you need.  
• To access the PPD go to http://www.partners.org/ppd and type in your Partners username and password. 
• Mobile users will be routed to the new 'Mobile' version of PPD. 
• Mobile device types supported include:
  • BlackBerry
  • Palm
  • Windows Mobile devices
  • iPhone
