MGB REDCap: Issues with File Storage

The issues MGB REDCap was experiencing this morning have been resolved. The REDCap file server storage ran out of space. We were able to quickly resolve the issue. A consequence of the space limitation prevented any physical files from being saved within REDCap during this time. Specifically, this impacts any process that required uploading files, saving signatures, or generating PDF documents.

ACTION REQUIRED: You should review any items that were created this morning 1 AM - 12:00 PM ET, specifically eConsent projects where signatures are saved and PDFs are generated. If you find that your signatures have not been saved or your PDF documents are empty, the record is not available. You should immediately recontact and re-consent your study subjects.
