Email

NEW: Partners is in the process of migrating all email users from Exchange 2003 to 2010.  If you do not use Outlook on a Partners build PC or if you are a Mac user, you will need to reconfigure your email client.   (login to site for details) 

Partners-wide email communications are handled via the Microsoft Exchange system.  To utilize this system you must have a Partners User ID. If you need a Partners User ID, you must request one from a keygiver in your department, from your supervisor, or from your affiliate's Human Resources Office.  

There are four ways to gain access to your Partners email account:

  1. Web: Microsoft Outlook Web Access
  2. Client: PC Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, Microsoft Entourage 2004 and 2008, Outlook 2011 (Mac), or any standard IMAP email client. 
  3. Mobile Device: iPhone, Blackberry, Treo
  4. Remote: For laptops or external desktops without use of VPN or webmail (OWA).
