Partners-wide email commucations are handled via the Microsoft Exchange system.  To utilize this system you must have a Partners User ID.  There are four ways to gain access to your email account:

1. Web: Microsoft Outlook Web Access
2. Client: Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2003, Microsoft Entourage 2004 and 2008 (Mac), or any standard IMAP email client. 
3. Mobile Device: iPhone, Blackberry, Treo
4. Remote: For laptops or external desktops without use of VPN or webmail (OWA).

Recently, Partners and research computing has developed remote access to Partners email without the use of VPN or webmail.  For email client configuration instructions, please see the help section.
