Partners-wide email communications are handled via the Microsoft Exchange system.  To utilize this system you must have a Partners User ID. If you need a Partners User ID, you must request one from a keygiver in your department, from your supervisor, or from your affiliate's Human Resources Office.  

There are three ways to gain access to your Partners email account:

  1. Web Browser: Microsoft Outlook Web Access
  2. Email Client:  Instructions for configuring your email client
    • Windows
      • Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010
    • Macintosh:
      • Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac
      • Apple Mail (10.6 or newer) 
  3. Mobile Device: iOS, Android (support versions/devices)  and Blackberry
