When REDCap is offline during maintenance windows...
Will I be able to access REDCap?
No, you will not be able to log into REDCap.
Will participants be able to complete surveys?
Participants that click on survey links while REDCap is offline will not be able to complete the survey and must return to your survey at a later time. They will see the following message:
Will scheduled and automated survey invitations be emailed?
The scheduled invitations will not be sent while the system is offline. Once the system is back online, the invites will send immediately. You can confirm "Invitation send times" in your projects' Survey Invitation Log.
