Move Project to Production
Congratulations on moving your project to production!
All requests to move a project to production may take 1-2 business days.
Requests are reviewed to make sure a valid IRB protocol number is on file where applicable. Where possible, RISC REDCap Admins will also review the project to ensure the structure is optimal for data collection.
What if I need to urgently move my project to production?
What if I want to move my project to production over the weekend? on off-hours?
You can request to move your project to production if you have IRB approval (applicable projects). Prior to the request being approved, you can start collecting real study data which won't be erased if you follow these steps:
1. Erase all test data by navigating to "Project Setup" > "Other Functionality" page. Click "Erase all data"
2. Request the "Move to Production" and select the option to keep all your current data.
At this point, you will be able to collect real study data. A RISC REDCap Admin will still officially review and move the project to PRODUCTION. All data collected during the pending request will be retained.
