How to Pin the Report Phishing button to the message surface | Outlook Web Access (OWA)

  1. Go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail/
  2. In the top right, click the gear icon to open settings
  3. Click View all Outlook settings

  1. In the new settings menu under 'Mail', navigate to Customize actions
  2. Scroll down to 'Message surface', and check the box for Report Phishing

  1. Report Phishing button should now be available in the message surface section of OWA for the selected message.
