To request a Windstream audio conferencing account, open a ticket with the IS Service Desk with the following information:
- Conference line description:
- Conference line chairperson:
- Chairperson email:
- Chairperson telephone number:
- Cost center to charge:
Have the ticket placed in the appropriate telecom group:
MGH, MCL, CDH, SLM, PHC, PUC, SRH, and WDH: telecom - mgh
BWH, BWFH, NWH, and PCPO: telecom - bwh
