HOWTO: Create, Edit and Delete a Signature in Outlook for Android & iOS

Adding your signature to your email messages add professionalism and helps others know the best way to contact you. In Outlook you can create and store more than one signature. You can customize your signature to include the best way(s) to contact you, location information, or links to other resources. For example, you may want to have a signature that includes a cell phone number, and a separate one that does not.

By setting a default signature for your new messages and replies you create a consistent signature that you do not need to type for each message.

Follow the steps below to Create and Edit a Signature or Delete a Signature.

Note: The mobile Outlook app doesn’t support HTML email signatures. This means you cannot insert an image into your signature block.
