In collaboration with the Harvard Catalyst | The Harvard Clinical and Translational Science Center, REDCap and REDCap Survey are free, secure, web-based applications hosted by the ERIS Team and designed to support data capture for research studies. Session I: Getting Started: Wednesday, April 13, 2016 (2:00-3:00pm)
Session II: New Feature - RPDR Data Import Assistant Wednesday, April 20, 2016 (3:00-4:00pm)
Session III: Making Changes to Projects in Production

This third session is to help REDCap users manage data and make changes to their projects once in production. Learn about locking and unlocking forms and creating reports and data exports. Learn how to request changes, evaluate and resolve "critical" changes, and "archive" data instead of deleting data. Review the Data Quality Module to check for discrepancies in your data and the Data Resolution Workflow module for documenting the process of resolving data discrepancies (i.e. opening, responding to, and closing data queries).

Learning Objectives (after this session, participants should be able to):

  1. Request changes to projects in production.
  2. Evaluate and resolve critical changes.
  3. Describe the Data Quality and Data Resolution Workflow module.

Target audience: Researchers that are tasked with managing projects, reviewing data discrepancies, and making changes to production projects.
