- John Moquin, Partners ITSM Program Manager will update us on ITSM at Partners as well as ServiceNow.
- Frank Bramante, Partners Technical Service Operations will give us updates on the new datacenter and the decommissioning of CNY.
The Research Technical Lunches are held monthly throughout the academic year with a summer break in July and Aug. The target audience is research IT administrators and managers who support institutional research departments and labs.
