Haiku, Canto, or Rover Error: "No Environments Configured"

Use this guide if you are unable to log into Haiku, Canto, or Rover on a mobile device due to a "No Environments Configured" message. This indicates the PRD config isn't installed and the app doesn't know what "environment" (Epic server) to connect to.

The current versions of Haiku/Canto require an iOS 13.0 or later. If your device is running an iOS 12 or earlier, then you will not see the application in the App Catalog.

Resolve the issue by installing the PRD configuration.
