To request a change to your email domain, please submit a Primary Email Address Domain Change Request form.  

Email Address Standards 

Email addresses must adhere to standard naming conventions. You will be provided with options that are approved for you based on your assigned company.  

• The following Harvard-affiliated institutions will be provided a Harvard.edu email address: MGH, BWH, Mass Eye & Ear, McLean, and DFCI.
• All others will be provided with an mgb.org email address. 
• Anyone may request an mgb.org email address.
