Consumer Technology Management (CTM) was formed to create synergy between PC, Mac and Mobile teams to unify and operationalize the endpoint computing strategy. CTM anticipates and implements technology to mature capabilities across all device platforms so you can choose which device works best for you. CTM is working on the Next Enterprise Windows Solution (NEWS), Windows 10. Learn more about these services.

This entails distributing software, such as Crowdstrike, as well as distributing the monthly Microsoft and Adobe patches. Daniel joined the ERIS site teams at Mass General Brigham in August 2018, and his job involved supporting researchers at the Brigham. In January 2020, Daniel moved to the Consumer Technology Management (CTM) team and will continue to work to keep Mac and mobile technology running smoothly so researchers can do their jobs seamlessly and efficiently. In his free time, he likes to hike, kayak, read, have game nights with friends, and watch too much Netflix.
